Fatal: There has been an internal compiler error (C0000005)

DearIntel Visual Fortran Support System Manager I am using the trial version on intel visual fortran (ver 11.01.65). When I am debuging it there is a compiler error as Fatal: There has been an internal compiler error (C0000005). Some times one such error and some times more. I've attached the file. I am Ph. D. Candidate who is applied Intel Visual Fortran Programming in her thesis programming. Would you please help me.
